When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.

PAYMENT
We offer secure online payment options such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also accept payments through PayPal. For all checks, money orders, and wire transfers please email us at sales@gabbehcarpet.com
BANK TRANSFER
If you don’t like to use a credit card, you can transfer the money direct to our account. You should pay the complete amount in 03 days or your order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send your carpets as soon as your payment is received.
REFUND POLICY
We do not have refund policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GABBEH CARPET, we like to be as flexible as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
You have 7 days to exchange the carpet from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, carpet must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your carpet must be in original packaging.
Carpet needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and we will happily exchange it or provide a credit note valid for one year

WARRANTY
Of course you have warranty on all products bought from us. The warranty is applicable for 6 months from the date you receive your rug. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all transportation costs in case of warranty reparations.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Shipping is free within Singapore.
Standard orders are delivered on working days 1400hrs-1800hrs.
Delivery time with in Singapore 2-3 working days. The delivery time applies to orders that are placed on weekdays before 1800 hrs.
For orders that are placed on weekends and public holidays the delivery time is counted from the following working day.
The order is completed once we have received full payment.
Outside the Singapore costs vary from country to country as charged by FedEx/UPS/DHL.
We ship by FedEx/UPS/DHL unless otherwise is requested. All our rugs are shipped with 24-48hrs from your purchase date.
The normal delivery-time is 2-8 working days to other parts of the world.
Someone needs to be home when the delivery arrives. You can contact UPS/FedEx/DHL for further information about the delivery-time or for help changing the delivery address.
After you have placed your order and it has been packed you will receive a confirmation email from GabbehCarpet.com. This email contains shipping information and tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the UPS/FedEx/DHL website at www.ups.com / www.fedex.com / www.dhl.com
NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, since the package needs to be signed for.
